Do you install official motherboard drivers?

Windows XP PowerPacker is a program I made to help users create Universal Windows XP Disks. It allows you to install any kind of XP edition on any computer without the need to install drivers and it packs everything onto one disk!

Do you install official motherboard drivers?

Postby alvinhensel » Fri Aug 18, 2017 5:11 am

Hi all,When I installed windows about 6 months ago my PC ran fine and there is nothing in device manager that is showing as not working so I didn't install any "official" MSI drivers. To this day everything is still fine, no issues what so ever.

Out of curiosity I installed MSI Live Update to see if there was a new bios or anything, no real reason for it but it got me thinking. Do you recommend I install the official software or just keep using the Intel standard drivers that come packaged with Windows? What do you guys do?Any help on the matter will be much appreciated.

Please Help.
Thanks !

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
